Hello! I’m Carrie Schaefer, a printmaker and illustrator living in northern Minnesota. I find much inspiration in the forests, Lake Superior, the wildlife, and all the ever-changing moods of this sacred place I call home.

I love capturing the feeling of the outdoors: quiet trails, rustling trees, loon calls on the lake, and bringing a bit of that magic indoors. I hope to create a sense of connection and joy for those who experience my work, and I am honored to share it with the world.
